Our logs allow CCP’s (Critical Control Points), QCL’s (Quality Control Points) and Corrective Actions to be customized. This allows our customers to drive exact corrective actions that must be selected from by the staff individual.

The result is each employee receives the exact same corrective action selections. This ensures that each individual is applying the same corrective actions in the same situations. There is not need to decipher what an employee “means” when writing a corrective action…because there answer selections are provided.
