Your Spanish-speaking team members can complete their logs and check lists on their phones in Spanish.

Set for each login. Every mobile login has its own language. The employee can switch it on the phone, and a manager can set it for the login.
Your manager approves the wording. The Spanish for your own questions and check list items sits beside the English. Your manager approves it before employees see it. Until then, they see the English.
Staff type in their own language. Employees can type their answers in Spanish, and what they type is saved as written.
